Service description
Book By Text provides automated SMS-based appointment booking and customer service messaging for participating businesses.
Consent to receive SMS messages
By texting a participating business booking number (or by providing your mobile number to that business for appointment-related messaging),
you consent to receive automated transactional text messages related to appointment scheduling and customer service.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
Message & data rates may apply.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service or interfere with its operation.
- Do not attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Genser Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the service.
