Service description

Book By Text provides automated SMS-based appointment booking and customer service messaging for participating businesses.

Consent to receive SMS messages

By texting a participating business booking number (or by providing your mobile number directly to that business for appointment-related messaging), you provide express consent to receive automated SMS messages related to appointment scheduling and customer service. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Message & data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Reply HELP for assistance.

Book By Text is not used for lending, financial solicitation, political messaging, age-restricted content, or high-risk marketing campaigns. The platform is strictly limited to appointment-related transactional communication.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service or interfere with its operation.
Do not attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Genser Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the service.
